The Refinement
With her Brand DNA clearly unveiled, the Fordivine creative team began shaping a visual identity that could hold the duality of Ali’s brand; professional and personal, strong and soft, structured and human.
Her brand wasn’t meant to shout. It was designed to lead with poised presence.
Here’s what was uncovered:
Logo: A name built with elegance and carries an edge to it.
Color Palette: Light, feminine, yet still has a modern edge and future-facing
Typography: Dolce Vita Heavy, offering a bold but balanced presence
Messaging Pillars:
Wellness + Longevity
Beauty Hacks + Products
Beauty + Style
Leadership
Business + Disruption
“Sharing my vision with their design team was better than I could imagine because I could feel they were getting it. I can’t wait to see what’s made”, expresses Ali.
This brand was built not only to represent her name, it was designed to carry her voice forward in the teams she empowers.

The Brand Reveal
The moment Ali saw her brand come to life was a moment she’ll never forget.
On Zoom, Emily presented her through her newly created Brand Bible. Each slide felt like a layer of herself she had always known but had never fully seen assembled.
There was silence. Then tears.
“I cried seeing this brand. I finally saw my identity reflected back to me in a way that felt so much like me..yet more than I could have imagined myself”, shares Ali.
It wasn’t just a beautiful brand. It was authentically Ali. It gave shape to the woman she had already become and permission to move forward boldly.
For Ali, this wasn’t a makeover or a redo. It was a mirror reflecting the visionary mindset she brings into LifeSpa.
Ali left that call not only thrilled, but ready to put it into action. She had language. She had visuals. She had a brand that reflected the leader she truly is.
Preparation Phase
Once her brand was finalized, the Fordivine team handled all logistics and prep details so Ali didn’t have to. As a high-level executive with a national team to lead, she didn’t have the time or desire to plan a shoot, write scripts, or coordinate logistics.
We handled everything so she could show up and lead.
Here’s what was prepared:
Wardrobe Styling: Coordinated by our team to reflect her brand aesthetic and empower her to look and feel like herself on camera
Shot List Design: A custom framework that matched her content pillars and company's visuals
Logistics and Glam: Hair, makeup, studio timing, and travel support fully handled by our team so she could focus on showing up and not managing a calendar
“It was a seamless prep for me and that doesn’t happen too often with companies I work with. I couldn't wait to get there with Emily and the team”, expresses Ali.
Every piece of prep was executed with Ali’s time, capacity, and excellence in mind. This was a moment for her to step into clarity at Coronation Day.
Coronation Day
Ali flew to California and stepped into a fully orchestrated brand experience.
As with all Coronation Days, every moment was designed around a set schedule for maximum impact. But for Ali, the day took on a unique shape: instead of filming short-form content, Emily invited her to record a feature interview for her podcast show.
This wasn’t just a podcast guest appearance. It was a moment of legacy being documented. Through deep, thoughtful conversation, Emily drew out Ali’s leadership story, personal reinvention, and why now is the time to elevate the voices of women in wellness and business.
From that interview, the Fordivine team was able to create multiple brand-aligned video edits and soundbites all while keeping the focus on storytelling, not scripts.
The rest of her day included:
A professional brand photoshoot
BTS footage and content of her brand to bring it to life
High-end video and audio production during show taping
A one-on-one mentorship lunch with Emily
“What I experienced today is something I know will shift the rest of my future onward. Emily is one of very few people I have the confidence in to help me take my brand to the next level of impact and I felt it today”, Ali shares.
Ali left with a brand presence that now had an audible voice, clarity, and undeniable presence.

Set Up To Reign
Once Ali returned home, Fordify’s post-production team took over and put everything into motion. Her favorite images were selected. Videos were edited. Captions and covers were added.
All her materials were housed in her own Brand Vault for ease of access from both her and her entire team onward:
Logos, fonts, colors
Photos and reels
Content roadmap and launch plan
Clear guidance on how to utilize every asset
“Everything was there. Organized, done well, and ready to go. I’m impressed”, says Ali.
No guesswork. Just a ready-to-launch brand and a system to support it.
Crowned, And Now Reigning
Shortly after her Coronation Day, Ali returned to LifeTime with more than just brand assets, she returned with a renewed sense of clarity, voice, and vision.
Her podcast interview went LIVE and sparked something powerful across the entire LifeTime staff. The episode was shared internally, reaching her national LifeSpa team and LifeTime’s executive board.
LifeSpa Technicians across the country messaged her to say they felt newly inspired, more connected, and empowered to lead bigger through their personal brands.
Executives told her they had no idea the level of vision she had for helping evolve personal branding inside the company. They were not only supportive, but eager to collaborate
Ali began receiving messages from peers and external partners who saw her in a new light as a thought leader, not just an operator.
Ali is now spearheading future collaborations helping their 2,000+ LifeSpa technicians to unveil and build their own personal brands and experience personal transformations.
“The amount of messages I got specifically about the podcast interview is too many to count. I had no clue sharing my vision for the people in LifeTime would create such a positive ripple effect”, expresses Ali.
What started as a brand for herself turned into a ripple effect across an entire organization. She showed her team what was possible..and they’re now following her lead.
Founder's Reflection
Working with a powerful yet elegant woman like Ali was one of those full-circle moments I’ll never forget.
As someone who lived in Minneapolis for many years which is home to LifeTime’s headquarters, I used to frequently workout in the company Ali leads. I never imagined that one day I’d have the honor of not only working with one of their top executives, but helping her bring a vision to life that could ripple through the entire organization.
From the very beginning, I could feel the power and elegance Ali carries. Her presence is poised, her words are intentional, and her leadership is deeply respected..especially by me. I knew that whatever we created together needed to hold the same weight as the world needs more Ali’s to be led and inspired by.
What surprised me most was how she made me better. As a founder and mentor, it’s rare to be in the room with someone who sharpens your own leadership. Ali did that for me in ways that are hard to fully express.
Helping her reclaim her name, define her voice, and see her inspire her entire company was more than another “project”...it was legacy work.
Ali is a woman of great influence and I cannot wait to see what unfolds from here.
